A man from Buzet traveled from Croatia to Dubai by car: 'The hospitality of the Iranians exceeded all my expectations'

A native of Buzet, who traveled to Dubai by car from Croatia via Iran two years ago, is now one of the protagonists of an Iranian documentary.

From Croatia via Iran, he traveled by car to the United Arab Emirates and parked it near the Burj Khalifa in Dubai, the tallest building in the world. In nineteen days, he traveled more than six thousand kilometers, and his Abarth 595 Competizione with the slogan of the project "We are not that far from each other as we think" painted with the flags of the countries on the route, he was a real attraction.

Although almost two years have passed since then, the interest in his unusual undertaking has not abated. Because of Vlatko Mrvoš from Buzet, a team from an Iranian company was recently in Buzet, which, directed by Mohammad Shakibani, is filming a documentary about Croats and Croatia and plans to show it on Iranian state television...
