Old stone house in Istria, on Ćićarija near Buzet. The house consists of a ground floor and first floor, a barn, yard, and garden. Currently, these are two separate units, but during the reconstruction, they can be connected into one unit. The house is located at the foot of the mountain peak Žbevnica (1014 m / nm) which is an attractive picnic spot for hikers and recreationists. Complete reconstruction is needed.
