Building plot in Istarske Toplice
The building plot is located in the unpaved, well-kept part of the Sveti Stjepan settlement near the Istrian spa, in the mixed zone of M1. For the subject area, there is an obligation for the UPU to draft an urban planning plan, and until its adoption, it is not allowed to build new buildings. The object of sale is a co-owned part consisting of 1/2 two particles with a total area of 1500 m2. The second 1/2 is owned by the Republic of Croatia.
