Istria, stone house in Grožnjan with a view of the sea
The stone house is located in Grožnjan on the edge of the old town and has a beautiful view of the landscape and the sea. The house consists of a basement that has a small cellar, bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom, and first floor with two bedrooms. The yard area is ~ 30 m2 and is fenced with a stone wall. Grožnjan is a well-known place for artists, musicians and during the summer and fall to hold numerous events that attract a large number of tourists from all over the world.
