Building land with sea view
Building land intended for the construction of three residential units. The number of housing units in residential buildings can be a maximum of three on the construction site's area of at least 600 m2. But, an exception to this, the building may have more housing units (but no more than six), if the average size of a residential unit in the building is not less than 75 m2 of gross building area, provided that none of these housing units should be less than 40 m2 gross construction area.
