ISTRIA, BUZET, STONE HOUSE FOR ADAPTATION, FOR SALE
A stone house on two floors with a total area of 72 m2, located in the quiet town of Selca near Buzet, only 170 m from the "Sedam slapova" hiking trail. In front of the house is a public area, of which about 20 m2 is used by the owner of the house. According to the adaptation project, there is an entrance, toilet, living room and kitchen with dining room on the ground floor, and two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor. A smaller room has its own entrance and exit, which can be useful for communication without going through the rest of the house. A new roof, mezzanine AB structure with wooden beams, stairs and zero plate were made. Electricity connection ~10 m from the house, water pipe (without water meter) in the house.
