Istria, Grožnjan, an abandoned village with six mapped ruined houses and four stables
An abandoned village with six mapped ruined houses and four stables spread on the land area of 7.458 m2. The village is situated on the southern slope and has a view over the valley of the river Mirna. Part of the plot (6430 m2), is located within the construction zone, and there is a permissible construction of houses according to the preliminary design, while the other part ( 1.028 m2) is a non-buildable area. The construction of holiday homes with swimming pools and other facilities is planned.
