Authentic self-standing Istrian house 200 m2. It is located on the construction land surface of 10.500 m2. A small part of the courtyard, around 3.000m2, is surrounded by a stone wall, and guarantees to the owner of the house privacy and undisturbed enjoyment. In the left part of the house is the apartment for guests which has a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and on the floor is a bedroom. The Central and right part of the house consists of a cellar with a boiler room, storeroom for tools, bathroom with toilet, living room, and kitchen. On the first floor, there is an unfinished room with a private bath, which is accessed from the external staircase, but there's a possibility to access from the house, too. In the living room are stairs leading to the first floor and to the unfinished attic. Structures between the floors and stairs are wooden, while the floors on the ground floor are covered with ceramic tiles. Behind the house is a well that collects rainwater, which is used for watering the garden. The House environment is arranged, and there are planted trees, such as centuries-old oak and olive trees which make a special atmosphere.
